01-03-07 Tehran Iran: 1805 hrs. I spent the morning taking
in the sights. Was it Ahmed Shah? I think so. The Shah who came to
power when he was just a kid. I can’t read my ticket stub. I
didn’t find the place interesting so I tuned out and just looked
at the all paintings which were great but past that, I didn’t’
get all the facts. I did that for about three hours and then came
back to the hotel through the relentless traffic and have been on
my own since then. It get dark here early. I am going to go out and
walk around and see what I can see. So far, Iran has been really interesting
and beautiful.
