01-06-07 Amman Jordan: 1839 hrs. It could have been a good
day off but it was dented to a great extent because my bag went missing
on Royal Jordanian Air out of Dubai today. Heavy security at the hotel,
reminds me of hotels in Kenya I have stayed in. I guess HOTEL BOMBINGS
will do that to ya. It’s cold and raining and there’s
nowhere to walk around really but I will find somewhere to roam later
on. I managed to borrow an adaptor from the friendly man at the front
desk so at least I can keep the computer going. Music will run out
soon though. The coffee here is not all that good, not nearly as good
as the coffee I had in my bag. Funny that I came here instead of Istanbul
for the days off because I have lost luggage there. I wonder how many
flights go out of Dubai to Amman a day. Hopefully I will hear from
the airlines soon. Ah, travel.
